1. Data Fiduciary / Contact

2. हम कौन-सा data collect करते हैं

• नाम, username, UCC, email, mobile, encrypted password और OTP verification records
• Profile photo, bio, channel details और user-uploaded content
• Watch history, watch percentage, likes, comments, searches, subscriptions और recommendations
• IP address, user-agent/device information, session, security events और fraud-prevention signals
• Viewer Plan, transaction ID, payment status, UPI/redemption details और accounting records
• Referral/sponsor relationship, affiliate commission और reward ledger
• Policy consent version, acceptance time, IP और user-agent hash
• Advertising impressions, sponsored-content views और clicks; ad click को reward eligibility से नहीं जोड़ा जाता

3. Processing के उद्देश्य

• Account create, login, identity/contact verification और support
• Video delivery, personalized recommendations और platform analytics
• Promotional reward eligibility, daily cap, duplicate detection और fraud review
• Digital Plan delivery, payment approval, affiliate commission और redemption
• Security, abuse prevention, legal compliance और grievance handling
• Consent records और policy updates का evidence

4. Consent और अन्य lawful processing

जहाँ consent आवश्यक है, registration या feature use के समय स्पष्ट checkbox/notice दिया जाता है। आप consent withdrawal या account deletion request कर सकते हैं; withdrawal से पहले का lawful processing प्रभावित नहीं होगा। कुछ records fraud prevention, accounting, dispute या legal obligation के लिए आवश्यक अवधि तक रखे जा सकते हैं।

5. Data sharing

हम personal data बेचते नहीं हैं। आवश्यक सीमा तक hosting, email/OTP, payment/UPI, analytics, security, legal advisers और government/court authorities के साथ data share किया जा सकता है। Service providers को purpose-limited processing और security obligations के अधीन रखा जाना चाहिए।

6. Retention

Active account data service देने तक रखा जा सकता है। Deleted/closed account का अनावश्यक data हटाया या anonymise किया जाएगा, जबकि payment, tax, fraud, consent, grievance और legal records लागू retention period तक रखे जा सकते हैं।

7. Security

Passwords hashing, access control, database security, transaction logs और monitoring जैसे reasonable safeguards अपनाए जाते हैं। कोई internet system 100% secure नहीं होता; suspected breach पर हम लागू प्रक्रिया के अनुसार response करेंगे।

8. आपके अधिकार

• अपने personal data की summary/access request
• गलत या अधूरा data correction/update
• Account/data erasure request, subject to lawful retention
• Consent withdrawal
• Grievance दर्ज करना और authorised nominee की सुविधा, जहाँ लागू हो

9. Children / Minors

18 वर्ष से कम users guardian permission के साथ सामान्य account/viewing features उपयोग कर सकते हैं। ऐसे users promotional cash reward या payout के लिए eligible नहीं होंगे। Parent/guardian account removal या data request कर सकता है।

10. Cookies एवं Local Storage

Login session, security, preferences, PWA और basic analytics के लिए cookies/local storage उपयोग हो सकता है। Browser settings से cookies disable करने पर कुछ features काम नहीं कर सकते।

11. Policy Updates

Material change पर नया version, effective date और जहाँ आवश्यक हो fresh consent दिखाया जाएगा। Registration consent database में accepted version save होता है।
