नियम एवं शर्तें

1. परिचय एवं स्वीकृति

Coinflix.in (“Coinflix”, “प्लेटफॉर्म”, “हम”) वीडियो, Shorts, Creator tools, digital services, promotional rewards और affiliate-sale features उपलब्ध कराता है। Account बनाकर या प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग करके आप इन Terms, Privacy Policy और लागू होने पर Promotional Reward Policy से सहमत होते हैं।

2. आयु एवं पात्रता

• 18 वर्ष या अधिक आयु वाला user अपने नाम से account और promotional cash reward/payout eligibility confirm कर सकता है।
• 18 वर्ष से कम user केवल माता-पिता/कानूनी अभिभावक की अनुमति से सामान्य viewing/account features उपयोग कर सकता है और cash promotional reward/payout के लिए eligible नहीं होगा।
• आपके द्वारा दी गई जानकारी सही, वर्तमान और आपकी अपनी होनी चाहिए।

3. Account सुरक्षा

Password, OTP और account access की सुरक्षा user की जिम्मेदारी है। एक व्यक्ति द्वारा अनेक नकली accounts, device manipulation, automated viewing, false identity या payment fraud निषिद्ध है।

4. User Content एवं Copyright

Video, Short, thumbnail, caption, music और अन्य upload की कानूनी जिम्मेदारी uploader की है। Upload करके user पुष्टि करता है कि उसके पास आवश्यक अधिकार/permission है। Coinflix वैध complaint, court/government order या platform policy violation पर content हटाने, restrict करने या account suspend करने का अधिकार रखता है।

Coinflix intermediary protection का दावा केवल लागू कानून और due-diligence compliance के अधीन करेगा; यह protection स्वतः या unconditional नहीं है।

5. प्रतिबंधित सामग्री

• CSAM, sexual exploitation, अश्लील या बिना consent की intimate content
• Copyright infringement, piracy या चोरी की सामग्री
• आतंकवाद, हिंसा, hate, harassment, threat या defamation
• Fraud, scam, fake guaranteed-income claim या illegal financial promotion
• Illegal drugs, weapons, gambling या अन्य prohibited activity
• Privacy violation, impersonation, malware या account theft

6. Promotional Watch/Quiz Reward

• Reward Coinflix के marketing/promotional budget से दिया जाने वाला discretionary benefit है, नौकरी या guaranteed income नहीं।
• Current public campaign maximum ₹10 per user per day है; dashboard में lower limit, pause या budget restriction दिखाई जा सकती है।
• Paid Plan, recharge, top-up या referral reward eligibility की compulsory condition नहीं होगी।
• Ad click, artificial impression या advertiser interaction के बदले reward नहीं दिया जाएगा।
• Fraud review तक reward pending, reversed, forfeited या account restricted किया जा सकता है।

पूर्ण नियम Promotional Reward Policy में हैं।

7. Paid Digital Plans

Paid Plans वास्तविक digital services/entitlements जैसे premium content, templates, learning material, platform tools, reduced ads, badges, analytics या promotion credits के लिए हैं। Paid Plan का multiplier withdrawable promotional cash reward नहीं बढ़ाता। Plan details, validity, delivery और applicable refund condition purchase screen पर दिखाई जाएगी।

8. Affiliate Referral Commission

Referral commission केवल approved, genuine paid digital-service sale पर लागू हो सकती है। Registration, joining या केवल member जोड़ने पर commission नहीं है। Current logic: first approved paid purchase 5%, same-tier renewal 2%, different-tier purchase 0%, subject to verification, refund/reversal and published rules. Coinflix pyramid, binary, deposit-return या money-circulation arrangement का हिस्सा नहीं है।

9. Payments, Redemption एवं Tax

Payment transaction ID, UPI/account verification और invoice records fraud prevention तथा accounting के लिए उपयोग हो सकते हैं। Reward/commission redemption verification, minimum threshold, processing time, KYC/tax requirements और available balance के अधीन होगा। User अपने tax obligations के लिए जिम्मेदार है।

10. Advertising एवं Sponsored Content

Sponsored content को यथासंभव “Sponsored/Advertisement” label किया जाएगा। Reward किसी advertisement पर click करने, खरीदने या engage करने पर निर्भर नहीं होगा। Misleading income, illegal product और prohibited advertising स्वीकार नहीं होगी।

11. Suspension, Termination एवं Appeals

Fraud, policy violation, legal order, payment abuse या platform-security risk पर content/account suspend किया जा सकता है। उपलब्ध होने पर user support/grievance channel से review request कर सकता है।

12. Disclaimer एवं Liability

Platform “as available” basis पर दिया जाता है। हम uninterrupted access, किसी specific earning, reach, views, subscriber growth या commercial result की guarantee नहीं देते। लागू कानून द्वारा अनुमति की सीमा तक indirect/consequential loss के लिए liability सीमित रहेगी।

13. लागू कानून एवं Jurisdiction

इन Terms पर भारतीय कानून लागू होगा। Mandatory consumer jurisdiction को प्रभावित किए बिना, अन्य disputes के लिए Dhule, Maharashtra का jurisdiction लागू होगा।
